Founder & Head of Construction
Founder of Ashlar Academy. Pranav runs the construction-first masterclasses: execution sequencing, QA checks and the handover pack every contractor reads. He built Ashlar to close the gap between what graduates draw and what sites actually need.
Ar. Shivani Kadoo
Co-Founder & Software Lead
Co-founder of Ashlar Academy. Shivani leads the software and visualisation track — Revit, BIM coordination and office-ready output — and shapes the academy's curriculum and student experience.
